it's been a wk... lots have happened, things to be joyful for... things that shudnt be too cheerful abt... bcos i usually take a wk to update, i seem to be forget alot of the impt details lor.. sickening...
Tues 160506:
finished school ard 3plus... got lots of time to slack, bcos there was Choir Concert that night. met candy to settle dinner and most imptly the tickets. had fun chattin with her and having dinner as well ... entered Esplanade concert hall ard 715, although VJ emphasized that we shud be sitted by 715, but the doors were still open.. haha
our places were not bad leh... although we were sitting at Circle 3, 4th floor but the view is quite cool cos it's directly infront of the stage. candy and i were watchin at Esplanade for our first time, kinda exciting for both of us.. then when we finally got our seats, we were "whoa"... yes, laugh at we kiasu pple... haha
on a whole, Symphony of Voices was very gd.. better than other choir concerts that focus on the vocals. at least they added more actions to their concerts. i esp loved the last song, super cool... i rmbed hearing HongSheng & Yvonne singin the exact same tune...
many of my classmates mistook Candy as my girlfriend. diao* even jacq thud so too... omg
i didnt sit with them cos i onli managed to book the tickets one day before the actual concert, meaning monday lor...
managed to see szehuan and ben again... long time man, great to see them again...
on the train ride home, liqin and szehuan were doin the clappin thingy... liqin did the "hse comm" version while szehuan did "anderson" version. the pple sitting opposite us were staring... i felt abit paiseh but it's out of fun lah.. haha
reached Tanah Merah mrt ard 11... mom called and picked me up... hmm, we didnt went home. she insisted we go see the hse. 11 oclock still needa see, i was super shagged oredi but i jus go with them lah... haiz
the hse has been painted liao. i couldnt get the paint i liked... instead bro chose smth that's rather light bluish... oh man...oh wells

vj had half day... haha!!! we had Basketball Girls Finals against RJC ... supposed to go dwn to support, but i had Piano auditions and i forgetten to bring my scores lah... sickenin...
school ended at 11plus. shiok man!! haha
had piano auditions at 4plus... the problem: mr ku (aka piano conductor) came in and said, "i dont wanna listen to u. we'll find u a replacement" ...
tell u the truth. i was pissed cos i spent the prev night practising the song at 11plus lah ... and was really serious abt it. the worst part: he chooses his performers on the time they enter Piano Emsem, not their ability to perform. i guess i failed on this part... hard to swallow. i'm having a bad impression of him liao ...
so i left vj at 5plus. headed dwn to sembawang mrt, the train was torturing man... 1.5hr!!! oh man.. went there to visit Clar/ Kevin's grand-dad's funeral. i've onli gone to these kinda stuff for a few times.. was abit confused by the procedures, cos i'm christian and the funeral thingy is more Chinese-based. unclear with the incense and etc etc. lucky i'm not needed to do any of these...
managed to chat with Kevin and Clar separately, and prayed for both of them.. think it's the best i can do.. yepp
sian... the trip home took 2hrs, dont even wanna describe how i felt... i understd how dylan and tor feels every Sunday cos they make their way to expo from JURONG WEST lah... haha..

was intendin to go expo to study but mom scolded my bro and i... said that other than Church on Sunday, both of us arent allowed to go anywhere, other than stayin at home to pack ... btw i'm moving on Wed.. but mom said that there's a possibility that she might change (this will be discussed later) ...
as usual, being stucked at home means darren becomes inefficient and lazy... and spend 6hrs infront of the tv, either watching tv or playin ps2... yes, i did spend 6hrs...

missed the 1st lesson of SOL. chose to stay home in case mom/ dad needed my help.. did abit of packin lah... i onli woke up at 10plus, so there was little i could do ... plus, my room all packed liao, except for this comp, and the daily JC stuff and clothes..
hse is lookin rather messy. boxes filling almost every corner of the room, living room and even small walk-ways are filled with stuff.. hopefully, jus hopefully... that we really really move on wed...
left hse ard 12 plus for svc...
brought history books for eunice, she's the only one i know that takes History Elective lah... left hse and she smsed me str away telling me ... "da-ge, i'm not goin svc"...
thx eunice. so i made my way back home... stupid sun and the heat killed me and resulted in a migraine.. oh man!!
Word was great. cell grp was a great time to reflect too ... managed to persuade my mom to letting me have dinner at Dan's place. apparently, dan wanna meet us for impt stuff too ...
bcos i only confirmed last min. i had to prepare for worship lah. kinda impromptu haha but it was gd to serve once again...
cabbed home from Sengkang ... it was 10plus, had a feelin that mom would nag but some miracle kept her rather quiet.. oops, haha!! studied alittle more on Econs but i couldnt tahan for long... heh
Monday 220506:
woke up this morning onli realising that there was Chem SPA today as well. omg, had to choing and open up the boxes that contain all my JC notes... lucky the boxes arent totally sealed yet...
assembly was kinda normal, except the BasketBall girls came on stage to give their thanks... the captain cried while thankin the teachers. i guess they're very disappointed with their loss against RJ... understdable, i was once a sportsmen too... yep, we lost to them AGAIN ... how come we are always 2nd? hmm ...
yea... today was ms Chloe Lim's last lesson with us (FYI: she's my GP teacher... a good GP teacher) .. she even made a cake for us lah, touched but the cake abit too huge for all of us lah... haha..
chem SPA was horrible... i got the correct readings but i placed the wrong headings. i mixed them up... supposed to be NaOH, i put Na2CO3... supposed to be Na2CO3, i put NaOH...
that means ... ZERO for Skill C, bangs head*
Econs test was a miracle.. i donno how i did it, but i managed to write 2.5 sides of foolscap lah.. liqin was beside me and she wrote even more.. dont judge her by her blurness or her ability to stone at times. this girl is S.M.A.R.T.
i onli forgetten abt one diagram which i struggled to recall for abt 5mins, until i gave up... hopefully i pass.. i dont even wanna score lah..
mom jus confirmed with me... we're moving on Wed, which means she wants me to be home on Tues... which means i cant watch Davinci with my classmates liao. dang
i feel that i've been missing on alot of events lah...
(1) JTS - couldnt attend cos i was sick
(2) class bbq - couldnt attend cos i had to make-up for my piano lessons
(3) class outing/ davinci movie at THE CATHAY - cant attend bcos i needa pack the hse AGAIN...
it always happen at wrong timings man..
